SHIPPING & RETURN
International & Domestic Shipping
Whilst we're happy to ship orders internationally, shipping outside of France will incur extra charges. If you require international shipping, please contact us via email: lesbalaitiers@gmail.com Most of domestic orders within France will be sent via the Post Office. For our international orders, we tend to use DHL. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of your package, for an accurate shipping estimate please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Our workshop is located in the beautiful Normandy countryside, meaning we will travel usually twice a week to ensure order fulfilment. If you require expedited shipping to receive your order faster, please drop us a note and we'll happily discuss the options we have available.
Custom Orders
We ask that you allow two weeks from your order date for any custom products to be manufactured before shipping. We will happily communicate more specific timescales at the time you place your order.
Our Environmental Impact
Here at La Balaiterie, we strive to be as economically responsible as possible. That's why we strive to recycle as much as possible to ensure we're doing our part to help the planet. Therefore, your package will often be shipped using recycled packaging.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your broom! When you receive your package, please take the time to ensure it arrives in good condition and is not damaged whilst with your courier. If you receive your broom and are not 100% happy with it, we would be happy to exchange any unused products and arrange a new order.
